This is Doctor T's alcove where he monitors Gaminiso while at the warehouse.  After Gaminiso's first explosion due to overexcitement from the GTA VI Trailer, see-through glass was installed around the alcove.  Check out the "Start Stream" button and the two picture frames, which house Doctor T's favorite pictures.
