Definition: When an architect takes inspiration from or copies structures found in nature.
Description:
· To better mimic the feeling of being in Italy, a pizzeria might contain doric
or ionic columns.
· To better mimic the feeling of being in a forest, a wall might be painted
with trees and animals on it
To better mimic the feeling of being by the ocean, a vacation house might have a
lighthouse appended to the side of it.
